About the mark
The brand has two pieces: a chrome-rendered FSG seal (engraved serif with a 3D bevel) and a wordmark line reading Ferguson, Santoro & Georgetti in italic serif, with EDUCATIONAL CONSULTANTS tracked underneath.
On the live site the header is white — the chrome's internal shading carries the contrast. Live dimensions from the production CSS: .sgLogo max-height: 65px, .wordsLogo max-height: 40px.
The seal alone works for avatar-sized contexts (favicon, social). Pair it with the wordmark whenever there is horizontal room — header, letterhead, deck title slide.
Placement — light & dark
On white — primary placement, matches the live site header
On charcoal — acceptable alternate (dark frame, overlays)
DON'T
- Don't recolor, invert, or drop-shadow either asset. The chrome treatment is the treatment.
- Don't typeset "FS&G" as plain text in place of the seal. It's a rendered mark, not a font.
- Don't crop the wordmark to just "Ferguson, Santoro & Georgetti" — the EDUCATIONAL CONSULTANTS line is part of the mark.
- Don't set the logo on a warm-colored or busy-image background. Plain white or plain charcoal only.
